Hercules QMP rating

Our performance is rated by QMP, the most accredited body within the direct mail industry, the Quality Standard for Mail Production. The graph below shows how we compare to the benchmark set by QMP.

Throughout the report you will see Hercules achieves well above the national benchmark levels.
Throughout the graph Hercules are referred to as QMP1146, which is Hercules unique ID, with the association.

The green quartile shows a combination of high importance with high satisfaction; the ideal area in which a MH's performance would be charted.

The yellow quartile shows high satisfaction with low importance. Ideally, MHs’ satisfaction ratings would appear in the green or yellow quartiles only.

The amber quartile indicates low importance with low satisfaction and indicates that action is required by the MH to improve their satisfaction ratings.

The red quartile indicates high importance with low ratings for satisfaction; the worst combination possible. MHs whose satisfaction ratings appear here should consider taking remedial action to improve this aspect of their performance.
